Farhult Wood

Farhult Wood is a prefabricated cluster of town houses designed with local architect Jenny Grettve on a plot in Farhult, Sweden around 400m from the ocean. The 10 terrace blocks are efficiently planned to maximise the area on the site within tight planning regulations, with each block managing to still retain a different character to their neighbour.

Each block holds approx. 260sqm GIA, which is divided into one downstairs apartment, and two upstairs, a total of 30 apartments, with a single efficient staircase to the front. A wild communal garden is to the rear, with key amenities such as allotments, BBQ areas, play areas, and private as well as public paths that meander through the wilderness.
