NES has completed a full renovation and design alterations to a 675sqm grade 2 listed single dwelling in Belgravia, west London. Once home to Rod Stewart, and allegedly a stop-over for King Charles, this property was tired and in need of sensitive restoration. 

The scheme includes internal alterations and reconfiguration of floors, a rear extension, landscaping, 8 bathrooms, a new extended kitchen and new M+E/HVAC systems including new pipework and electrics throughout. The project was coordinated by NES providing full architectural scope and Contract Administration throughout the design and construction processes.
